Happy travels!

So the picnic table shot here is just an indication of the snow we have now....catch the drift...lol pun intended! Sure wish someone would come and plow our drive!!!
And here I have captured a few at frolic.... they were loving it. So much so that Laddy didn't even wanna come in when it was time to stall. All safe and snug in the barn tonite for the -14 degree we are to expect.

Baby faced Texas leading the pack.....Tia looking on for Nic coming on out.

Round up....you can tell the snow has barely settled here.

Nic just teasing the girls... and Texas too! I wanted but didn't get too close with my camera... these were morning shots in housecoat and snow boots, wasn't really dressed for it....lol
Missing lotsa snow here!
.....or is it lioness??? Matters not either way... it is suppose to be a lamb and that it ain't!
Winter storm, and a good one setting in huge here at the farm. All hatches battened down and all are well and fine...miss my daily weather report Mary...but truly, only have to look out the windows today, assumin i can see past all the white stuff here.
You did good to get while the getting was good....missing nothing but cold and mother load of snow here. Hmmm... you checking this site while abroad?
Happy travels, at least I know you are warm! Bring the sun shine back with ya.... pleazzzzzzz
Hugs to all Fergusons!
We have an addition to the herd. Ms Leena arrives this Fall to be a teacher to our youngin'. Experience, mature and oh so loving, she is a welcome edition at Houfers.
Gotta love the way she stomps her feet with authority and her chatter when its feed time.
Rach is loving her and helping her settle in to her "retirement" farm as we all fall for her too!

Our new kittens, Jake (tiger strip w Josie) and Miley (white with Jillian)... the newest editions and they are puuuurrrrr-fect!

Life at the barn goes real well... it's been a hot one as of late but finally with some rain and this week's cooler temps its way more bearable for all let me tell ya. The horses are seeming to agree as they stand over fence looking into the greener pastures waiting to head that way.
Christal moved in for the week of our fam summer vacation and what a gem she is...sure a little overwhelmed with my lists and contacts and chores....but she survived and all was safe and secure at the farm. Thank you YOU!
And just sharing with you too...a beautiful morning view!

so, until next time...happy days!
K so haven't blogged for a bit... life on the farm is my only excuse. But big news here just the same for those of you following us....
Linds & Christal are ON Ginger....

And new kittens born here...only a week old and pretty darn cute!

What a fab weekend of sun shine and horses. See as Mary and Jeff proudly look on!

And not to ever be excluded... those in greener pastures!
